Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Choose secure mounting location.

  1. Disconnect vehicle battery: Remove negative terminal first for safety.
  2. Mount amplifier: Choose solid surface with adequate airflow.
  3. Connect power wiring: Run 4-gauge power cable from battery with fuse.
  4. Connect ground: Use short 4-gauge cable to clean chassis metal.
  5. Connect RCA inputs: From head unit to amplifier inputs.
  6. Connect speaker outputs: To subwoofer(s) with proper impedance.
  7. Connect remote turn-on: Blue wire from head unit to REM terminal.

First-Time Setup

  1. Set input sensitivity: Turn gain to minimum, play music at 3/4 volume, adjust until distortion.

  3. Set bass boost: Start at minimum, adjust to preference.
  4. Adjust phase control: Set to 0 degrees initially, adjust if needed for phase alignment.
  5. Test remote bass control: Verify operation and range.
