Battery Installation

Proper battery installation ensures optimal performance.

  1. Turn remote over and locate battery compartment.
  2. Slide cover in direction of arrow and remove.
  3. Insert two AA batteries, observing correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Replace battery cover until it clicks into place.

WARNING! Use only fresh batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries or different battery types.

Remote Control Layout

Familiarize yourself with the remote control buttons and functions.

Top Section: POWER, MUTE, VOLUME UP/DOWN, CHANNEL UP/DOWN

Programming the Remote

  3. Enter the 5-digit code for your device brand using the number pad.
  4. Press POWER to test. If device turns off, programming is successful.
  5. If not successful, repeat steps with another code for your brand.

Operating Multiple Devices

Switch between controlling different components with device buttons.

  1. Press TV button to control television functions.
  2. Press DVD button to control DVD player.
  3. Press AUDIO button to control sound system.

  5. The remote will remember settings for each device.

NOTE: Ensure each device is properly programmed for full functionality.

Macro Programming

Create custom command sequences for multiple operations.

  1. Press and hold MACRO button until light blinks.
  2. Press the sequence of buttons you want to program.
  3. Press MACRO again to save the sequence.
  4. Assign to a number key (1-9) for quick access.
  5. Test macro by pressing MACRO then the assigned number.

Example: Program "Watch DVD" macro: Turn on TV, switch to correct input, turn on DVD player.

Resetting the Remote

Reset the remote to factory settings if experiencing issues.

  1. Press and hold MUTE and SELECT simultaneously for 3 seconds.
  2. All mode lights will blink twice indicating reset.
  3. Release buttons - remote is now reset.
  4. Reprogram the remote for your devices.

CAUTION! Resetting will erase all programmed settings and macros.
